Normally my son and I have a great experience, They have always been so kind and considerate to my son who has a skin condition (pigmentosa) and has a fear of the clippers. Today my issue is with the check in process. I signed us both in at abou 10:45 and it said 35 minutes - that’s fine. So we waited patently. Their board did not have our names listed up there. I assumed we were so far down the list, we didn’t make it up there yet. And we waited. 45 minutes later, our names still didn’t appear. After about 55 minutes and as three people were leaving, two patrons walked in, signed in verbally with one of the stylists tha just got done, and were told, “we can help you right now,” and walked them in back while we were still waiting. I went to the counter and inquired as to what was going on. Her answer was, “did you sign in? Did you hit submit when it said you’re wait time.” I know the process. I’ve been coming here every 5-8 weeks for the past 5 years - even before they implemented this check in process, and bringing my son for the past 2-3 years. She then responded, “that happens sometimes and we will get you in shortly.” And proceeded to go help the customers that they just walked in and had not even sat down yet. They didn’t even have the foresight to pay attention to whom was waiting for haircuts or say, we apologize and will get you in immediately. They said we have to continue waiting. Extremely disappointed.

I don’t know what has changed at this location but the service is gosh awful! The stylists hang out in the back with over an hour wait and could care a less about doing their job. The online checking is screwed up as well, it randomly puts people in front of you regardless of how long you’ve waited. This will be my last visit ever to sport clips. It’s rally too bad but the manager needs to be replaced
